I am an experienced Engineer, who is having 10+ years of experience in the field. I have worked as a contractor, as a consultant and as well as an engineer who is responsible for the whole civil work that is going in the site.

I have transferred from My previous project to this project with MAGA Engineering. I was the only engineer working in this project and I had 3 Engineering Assistants and several foremen under my command to complete the project scope.
As I had only 8 months experience in a project I have faced lots of difficulties and issues.

Greater Kandy NRW Project

After my second appointment from MAGA I have resigned from the company and I have joined with Squire Mech Engineering in this project.
The only task and responsibility on me was to install 10 numbers of flow meter chambers in the existing water mains in the Harispaththuwa area (Kandy) with GSM reading points.
This was a new challenge for me and I will share all the things in detail for your reference.
Balangoda WSP Rehabilitation
BWSP
After successfully completing the GKWSP NRW project, I have transferred again to BWSP by SME.
The task was to remove the existing AC line which was supplying the raw water to BWSP stage one and provide a 400mm Diameter PE line in from the raw water intake to the water treatment plant.
In this project I have gained a different experience and I am willing to discuss all the things in this chapter for your knowledge.

After successfully completion of my responsibilities in the previous project, again I have requested to join to this project by the main contractor WABAG Engineering. I have received this opportunity due to the skills I have shown in this project while working with MAGA Engineering.
This was the first time I was working as the main contractor Civil works representative of a project; I will share all the issues I have faced and the solutions I have provided for them in this chapter.
Kelani Right Bank Water Supply project Stage II

After successfully completion of my previous project I have taken a position of a construction Manage in MAGA engineering in the above project. This was my first tim appointment as a Manager in charge and MAGA handed over a Zone of construction under me with 3 Engineers and 4 EA's in my command.
I will explain thoroughly the problems I have experienced in this project and how I have faced them in this Chapter.

After successfully completion of my responsibilities in the previous project, I have resigned from MAGA Engineering, and I have joined to Squire Mech Engineering as assistant Resident Manger (ARE) of the above project.
In this case there were different kind of responsibilities bested upon me. In this chapter I am going to explain regarding these responsibilities and how I have successfully faced them.

After successfully completion of my responsibilities in the previous project, I have resigned from GTC and joined to this project to work under the main contractor of this project, WABAG Intenational.
I have got this opportunity to join this project due to the skills I have shown during the last project with WABAG Engineering.
I was destined to work in WTP, Intake, Reservoirs and administration buildings in this project and I have faced so many issues which I like to share with you in this Chapter.

After successfully completion of my responsibilities in the previous project, I have resigned from WABAG Engineering, and I have joined in this project as the Treatment Plant Civil Manager of SUEZ International.
SUEZ international was the main contractor of the KRBWSP ad they have recruited me directly for this position due to the talents I have shown during my last project with them.
This is a challenging project for me as I am still struggling to complete my scope of work and handover to M and E works.
